Flint’s vision is to bring together everyone who shares a love of hunting, whatever the discipline and wherever the environment. So that they can share their stories and experiences around the fire, with good food, and in good company. Flint will promote awareness of ethical, sustainable hunting on land and in the sea.
Mission
Flint will make products which touch every aspect of a hunters life, focusing on casual wear first and relentlessly innovating its products and designs so that a hunter can wear something which represents their values, wherever they are whatever they are doing. We will introduce the next generation of hunters to the discipline which interests them, empowering them to harvest their own meat and fish for the table. Flint will contribute to the conservation and improvement of the environments in which we hunt.

We believe that ethical and sustainable hunting practices are a good thing. Whether its deerstalking in the woods or spearfishing in the sea, Flint promotes our right to responsibly harvest, butcher and put our own food on the table for our loved ones. As a company, we believe the connection to the quarry we hunt develops a reverence for nature which goes beyond other pursuits.

We want to create products which are built to stand the test of time and the punishment of any environment encountered by a hunter. We will persistently innovate our materials and designs to constantly bring the best products to every aspect of the hunters life.

We will set the example for inclusivity by bringing everyone together around the same campfire. For experienced hunters and those who want to start and learn, but don’t know how, Flint will create a place for everyone to improve.

We acknowledge that hunting has an impact on the environment. That’s why Flint is committed to contributing to projects which improve the places we hunt. From planting trees to reclaim lost woodland, or planting seagrass meadows. Flint will make them a better place for our quarry and those who come next.
